Lena Gonzales, M.Ed., LPC
Hi, I’m Lena.
Trauma can leave lasting marks, affecting many aspects of life—including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief, anger, family conflict, relationship difficulties, feelings of abandonment, low self-esteem, and lack of confidence. These experiences may also impact major life transitions such as divorce, parenting challenges, health concerns, and can even lead to symptoms of PTSD. My passion is to plant seeds of hope and help illuminate your path toward healing and happiness. I am dedicated to supporting adults who have experienced trauma, offering a safe space where transformation is possible.
With a compassionate heart and a solution-focused mindset, I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) approaches to guide you through life’s challenges. My holistic counseling services are grounded in Christian values, providing care that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
Every counseling session is uniquely tailored to your individual needs, because I believe in the power of personalized care. Together, we will identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and pave the way toward a brighter, more hopeful future.
You don’t have to walk this journey alone. I am here to support you as you heal, grow, and rediscover joy.
