Hi, I’m Lena.

Lena Gonzales, M.Ed., LPC

Trauma can leave lasting marks, affecting many aspects of life—including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, feelings of abandonment, and low self-esteem. These experiences may also impact major life transitions such as divorce, parenting challenges, health concerns, and can even lead to symptoms of PTSD. My passion is to plant seeds of hope and support individuals as they navigate these challenges, guiding them on their journey toward healing and greater well-being.

With a compassionate heart and a tailored approach, I offer holistic counseling that aligns with Christian values. I integrates various evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support clients in overcoming life’s difficulties.

Each session is uniquely designed around the client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. Whether client’s are working through trauma, life transitions, or emotional struggles, I am here to walk beside clients—helping them discover resilience, renewal, and lasting hope.
